I give financial planners and mortgage brokers a clear framework and the tools they need to help clients move beyond these limiting patterns and beliefs. From here, together they can form a deeper understanding of the client’s patterns and behaviours that could otherwise derail the client’s ability to achieve their financial goals.
For Mortgage Brokers, the ownness of ensuring the right loan is in the client’s best interest lies with them and from my experience dealing with mortgage broker is that clients have underlying behavioural money spending ie gambling, addictions and this patterns impacts their ability to obtain finance and often results in secrets from their partners. Through the money core process, we can work with mortgage brokering clients to transform their patterns and behaviours for clients.
For Financial Planners and from my personal experience as a financial planner for many years I understand the importance of understanding the client’s relationship with money and the patterns and behaviours to achieving their goals and objectives when creating a practice financial plan for a client. Combining both the behavioural and practical financial plan is setting the client up for financial success.
